These honours recognise contributions ranging from leadership in Sri Lanka’s AI transformation to the development of educational ecosystems that make Artificial Intelligence more accessible, practical and impactful.
But for us, this achievement is not the destination. It strengthens our vision for what comes next.
At LILIT, we believe the future of AI education should go beyond teaching people simply how to use AI tools. Our goal is to help build a generation of future-ready AI creators, innovators and problem solvers people who can understand AI, create with it, innovate through it and use it to solve meaningful real world challenges.
At the same time, we remain committed to promoting responsible, ethical and human centred AI, ensuring that technological progress is guided by knowledge, accountability and positive social impact.
This recognition is a reflection of the dedication, creativity and collective effort of our entire team but the real strength behind this journey is you.
Our learners, educators, partners, supporters and everyone who has believed in, contributed to and grown with LILIT have helped make every milestone possible.
These honours belong to our entire LILIT community.
As Sri Lanka’s AI landscape continues to evolve, we look forward to building what comes next creating opportunities, developing innovators and contributing to a future where Sri Lanka does not simply consume AI technology, but actively creates, leads and innovates with it.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Digital Economy and SLT-MOBITEL for organising and supporting this remarkable national platform that celebrates AI, innovation and technological progress in Sri Lanka.
